Martin has been in the field of Coaching and Personal Development for the last 10 years and is both a highly accredited Life Coach and NLP Practitioner through Pegasus NLP, who are a Founder Member of The Professional Guild of NLP.
In his career Martin has been responsible for developing over 200 people to achieve Personal and Business goals.
With a history of high performance and a results focused mind, Martin is known for delivering his training and
coaching with an informal, professional and humorous facilitation style.
Having started his career in Retail after leaving school in 1996, by late 2000 Martin had already moved his career to the management level and changed the direction of his vocation from Retail to the Financial Services sector, working in a large internet bank contact centre.
In the year 2001, always looking for a new challenge in life, Martin started a family and was blessed with his son Joseph. At the end of 2001 Martin received a Kidney transplant which transformed his outlook on life, and his thirst for making the most of every moment.
Nine years later, Martin is still pushing forward, despite health challenges along the way and now enjoys keeping fit with a special fondness for cycling with Joseph.
In 2010 Martin decided it was time to return some of his good fortune to others, by using his experience and skills to work with people who want to achieve and do more, by overcoming obstacles and challenges. This resulted in the birth of Exceed Coaching and Personal Development, where Martin has a real passion and desire to work with individuals and companies who want to not only succeed, but they want to Exceed!
In Martin’s early teens he was diagnosed with Chronic Kidney failure and Crohn’s disease, despite these factors Martin used his determination to make the most of life by building a strong career working with people and having a family.
